We don't work from inventory. We place people well. Every stay is curated around how you want to live, move and experience the place — then handled end-to-end between us and the teams who care for each villa. What's shown here is a starting point. Many of the most exceptional properties are off-market, shared directly with our clients.
LIVED IN, NOT LISTED
We live in Palma and travel constantly. We walk the villages, eat at the tables, and swim the calas. Every house in this collection has been visited — most of them repeatedly.
PLACED, NOT BOOKED
We don't match you to inventory. We listen, then place. The right villa for six friends in September is not the right villa for three generations in July.
HANDLED, END TO END
Arrivals, chefs, boats, transfers, sitters, security, last-minute tables. The house teams are exceptional. We coordinate the rest.

03 We hold the dates and hand you to the house team. Contracts, concierge, calendar — all handled.
