The palacio sits a hundred steps from the cathedral, on a stone street that predates Mallorca as a destination. Mornings arrive slowly — bells, light rising behind La Seu, shutters opening one by one along the block. By mid-morning the harbour moves, by afternoon the stone glows amber, and by evening the courtyard has gone quiet enough to hear a fountain two houses away. It is the most privately held address in Palma's old town.

The Place
The neighborhood is La Lonja — narrow, walkable, unposed. The marina is four minutes on foot. The cathedral is three. The market at Santa Catalina is a twelve-minute walk, or two minutes by taxi on a morning you'd rather not. Everything serious happens within a square mile: the tables locals keep to themselves, the cafés that open before the light, the one wine bar worth the climb. You do not need a car. You will not want one.
